We've been busy this month releasing a number of fixes and enhancements throughout our software - and today we're looking at some of our best integration tools, including:

As promised, we have now released the next bunch of mobile fixes, resolving issues presented with the mobile app - including those experienced within the expense feature and planner. We thank you again for your patience whilst we've been implementing enhancements and thoroughly testing each one before going live!

This release, we have focused on making some changes and improvements to our existing integrations.
As well as creating a new tool for DPN payroll, we've enhanced some areas on many other tools such as the Timesheet Report plugin and our Moorepay integration.

In this release, we've made a number of enhancements and fixed a few bugs to improve usability.
We've also updated our internal system to make it easier for us to access what we need when you have a question. So although these changes may not be visible to you directly, you should notice a smoother, more swift solution from our teams.

Both Excel Hotsheets and Google Hotsheets will now have an auto refresh option. If selected, every time a hotsheet file is opened it will display up to date, live data - without users having to manually refresh.
What is a Hotsheet and why would I use it?
Sometimes you may need to send data to someone who otherwise does not have admin access to view as a report within PeopleHR. Hotsheets allow you to link queries that contain live employee data into an external file, in a secure way e.g Salary data to the payroll team, or holiday information to managers.
Hotsheets are available on Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
As a system admin, you will now be able to manage your consultants without sending a request to the support team first. This will give you full control over who can access your system and will save time when adding a new consultant!
What is a consultant in PeopleHR?
A consultant is a third party who will require full admin access to your system, but may not be employed by you - thus not having an employee login. An example of this may be an external Payroll Team or HR consultant.
Why did we make this change?
For your peace of mind, we will no longer have the ability to add third party access to your database. Your system admins will be able to add/remove a consultant from your system at any time!
Please note: If you do not have the 'Consultant' tab, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to turn this license on for you free of charge.
If you are a System Admin, you can now grant or revoke access to your HR system. This is to provide transparency on who has access to your system and when. One example of this, is that the People® support team will not be able to access your system unless granted by you, such as to investigate an issue.

We have now configured the program to keep up to date with Sage’s new software update!
Do you know that Sage is the UK’s largest payroll provider? Our integration program provides a one-way connection between People HR and Sage 50 Payroll, to eliminate repetitive payroll tasks, and prevent the need to manually enter duplicate data into both systems. It also lets you upload your Sage payslips into People.
