Upcoming UI System Changes

✨ From March 2023, we will be incrementally updating the user interface 💻 

We are delighted to announce that we are starting to update the user interface of PeopeHR to a more modern and user-friendly design.

Instead of you logging in and everything being updated, we have decided to take an incremental approach. This means over the next couple of months there will be small user interface changes to ensure a smooth user experience. These changes will range from updating background colours and icons, to improved labels and highlighting action buttons. There will be no functional changes just an updated look. 

Why:

• Help users with accessibility issues 
• The incremental changes will complement the bigger picture (more to come soon ⏰)
• We have been listening to your feedback for a more modern look and feel 

Here is a mock-up design of how the Reports page will look:

As well as colour changes, we have pulled out the 'Create New Report' button, which was previously at the bottom of the screen, and by default, we are displaying the action buttons on the reports to save you from hovering over them to see what you can do and so that you know they are there.
