We are delighted to announce two highly requested changes to the applicant process:

We will now display the closing date on the job listing so that applicants know how long they have to complete their application.
We are also removing the questions asking the applicant to upload a CV or cover letter if you have selected to turn those fields off for a vacancy. Previously the questions were still displayed as optional, and you told us that candidates were spending time and effort uploading files that were not needed. In addition, this new logic will ensure that the data on your Applicant is only the data that you require. 

Note: All files uploaded by applicants prior to this change will still be stored in the file tab
