It's here! We're pleased to announce to you Ripple 2.0. This update brings several new Ripple features, including a new type of process called Interactive. Interactive processes will allow you to show employees videos, play audio clips, and much more.
Please don't worry, your existing processes won't be affected and your billing won't change.
What you currently know as Ripple, will become your background processes. These processes will be getting an update too, with new steps and triggers.
If you're already subscribed to the elite package, please contact your account manager in order to activate your interactive license. Ripple specific training is available. In order to book training, again, please speak to your account manager, or our customer support team.

Does it ever seem like you're spending more time just navigating to and from employee records than completing the actual task that needs to be done? With a number of employees in the system, you find yourself scrolling up and down, in and out of records just to get to the employees you need.
We've adapted the People HR employee list so you can zoom through the required employee records and focus more on the task rather then how to get there. Admins can now filter the employee list down to only see those in a specific number of employees.
Once in an employee record, you can use the new arrows to flick through each employee record without having to navigate back to the employee list first!

You can now export queries directly to a location using SFTP, and with the recently-added 'Schedules' feature, you'll never have to do this manually again!
When exporting an individual query, this will go straight to your downloads. By specifying a given location pathway at your side, People HR can send a number of queries to a specific folder on a regular basis.
This means you can set it up to send your payroll reports to that Payroll folder and entitlement reports to the HR folder. You can even direct a query to a folder that is linked to an another integration, to be picked up straight away into another work process - without lifting a finger.

The People HR Holiday Sync Service (HSS) is a tool designed to sync People HR holidays to Exchange server. This supports Exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016 - and as of today also supports Office 365!
With a one-time-only set up, you'll never need to swipe between your People HR Calendar and Exchange Server again. Click here on how to set this up.

You can now log probation status against an employee's record, and add comments to support this. These two new fields are found under the probation end date in the 'Employment' tab, as shown below.
You can select one of our pre-populated probation statuses, or you can customise the drop down list to add your own.
All probation fields are fully reportable in the query builder. Once you have a probation query, you can build explosive reports on probation status and probation history, with the report designer.

We've improved the address finder tool so that as soon as you start typing a postcode or street name, we'll start suggesting addresses. This includes worldwide addresses with the new 'Change Country' button!
When you select an address, you can be confident that you've got the right details in the correct address lines.
